DVD has been around for almost a good decade now, there's no more "eventually" - just blu ray.

Sorry to rant and thanks for your post! For some reason I thought Anchor Bay had only promised to release Cockfighter, then pulled the plug on it for some reason, now I'm going to have to track that shit down.Erich Kuerstenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02850572368098319317noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30487573.post-54654584664755078872008-11-04T15:19:00.000-05:002008-11-04T15:19:00.000-05:00Anchor Bay issued a nice-looking edition of COCKFI...Anchor Bay issued a nice-looking edition of COCKFIGHTER back in 2001 with a Hellman commentary and a documentary on Warren Oats. Seems to have gone out of print, though I don't understand why all these other labels are thinking it's P.D., since Roger Corman still owns the rights. It's a shame, too, because it is an excellent movie, well deserving of finding a wider audience. Look for it on the auction sites.

As for THE LUSTY MEN, it's an RKO title, meaning it's owned by Warners, who are probably just waiting to issue it in a themed box set of some kind. They should get to it eventually.Headquarters 10https://www.blogger.com/profile/17099693396976890051noreply@blogger.com
